By accessing or using YERICH, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

YERICH provides AI-generated outfit, accessory, hair and local-store recommendations based on inputs you provide, including your profile, preferences, occasion, location and weather. Recommendations are suggestions only — you remain solely responsible for your styling choices and any purchases you make.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to promptly update it as needed.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, harmful, harassing or discriminatory purposes;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or disrupt the Service;
• upload content you do not have the right to share;
• misuse AI outputs to impersonate others or produce misleading content.

Outfit descriptions, visualizations and store suggestions are generated by machine-learning models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or reflect biases in the underlying models. YERICH does not guarantee availability, fit, price or appearance of any suggested item.

The Service, including its branding, design system, code and curated content, is owned by YERICH and its licensors. You retain ownership of the personal inputs and photographs you submit, and you grant YERICH a limited licence to process them solely to operate and improve the Service for you.

Recommendations may reference third-party retailers, brands or map providers. YERICH is not responsible for third-party content, products or policies. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YERICH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your profile.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
