Depending on how you use YERICH, we may process:

• Account data — email address and authentication identifiers used to sign you in.
• Profile & preferences — gender, body type, style preferences, wardrobe notes, saved city and similar inputs you provide during onboarding or in your profile.
• Occasion inputs — the events, dress-style notes and context you enter to request a recommendation.
• Feedback — likes, dislikes and saved outfits used to personalize future suggestions.
• Location — an approximate city, either from your profile or, with your permission, your device, used to find nearby stores and check weather.
• Technical data — basic device, browser and usage information needed to operate the Service securely.

We use the information above to:

• generate personalized outfit, accessory and store recommendations;
• remember your preferences and improve the relevance of future suggestions;
• authenticate you and secure your account;
• maintain, debug and improve the Service.

To produce recommendations and visualizations, relevant inputs (such as your occasion, style notes and profile signals) are sent to AI model providers. We do not sell your personal data to these providers, and we ask them not to use your data to train their general-purpose models where such controls are available.

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with:

• infrastructure providers that host the app, database and AI models;
• map and weather providers used to power location-based features;
• authorities, when required by law or to protect our users and the Service.

We retain your profile, preferences, feedback and saved outfits for as long as your account is active. You can remove individual items from your Preferences page, reset your recommendation history, or delete your account at any time.

Subject to your local laws, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights directly in your profile and preferences.

We use industry-standard measures — encrypted transport, authenticated database access and row-level security — to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.

YERICH is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be highlighted in-app. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
